The MCASD Board of Directors approved the Health and Safety Plan for the re-opening of school at the July 27th board meeting. The district will be starting with a 50% staggered start with the intention to move to 100% as soon as possible. Registration for the 2020-2021 school year is now open. Please use the link below to learn more about the MC cyber program. Registration can be completed online or downloaded. Registrations received after August 27 will take 3-5 school days to process paperwork and get equipment ready.

A letter for families of school-aged children certified as free or reduced eligible and families who could now qualify based on current economic hardship caused by the COVID-19 quarantine with information about the federal Families First Coronavirus Response Act of 2020.
Late last week, Pedro Rivera, Secretary of Education announced that ALL schools at ALL grade levels were expected to provide Planned Instruction for the remainder of the school year. As this is a change for our students over the next several weeks, we will continue to provide the current options (packets or online learning) for students with the added requirements of attendance and accountability for completing work.
